Pte Kite is also included on the memorial in Bathurst and at All Saints College, he died of typhoid. His parents owned the mansion 'Woolstone' visible at Kelso from the highway. At the dedication of the memorial 22 Dec 1901 there was a procession from the Drill Hall in Durham St., Bathurst to Holy Trinity, Kelso consisting of the Regimental band of the 3rd Infantry Regiment, B coy 3rd Infantry Regiment, and a half squadron of Mounted Rifles,
